




The Hong Kong International Film Festival was languishing against competition from local Asian festivals or entrenched international events. The festival was simply not showing up on anyone’s radar screens.
Eight created a new brand positioning, identity and communications that would get noticed, initially offering a simple promise: everyone’s invited to escape with a huge choice of entertainment.
The new work sent the HKIFF soaring achieving a complete turnaround, with tickets to key shows completely sold out for the first time ever.
